If your product is not suitable, for any reason, please contact us by email or phone and we will sort out any problem. Personalised items can only be exchanged if they are faulty. 

 Postage Policy

We always post within 24 hours of payment BUT we strive to post the same day if we possibly can for orders placed before 12 noon.

We pride ourselves on making our customers happy. Bad customer service is not an option. We promise to reply to any email enquiry or query within 24 hours.

Your privacy is important to us. We do not collect any of your information. We use paypal as it is a secure and safe method of payment. We will only use your details to post the item and send you an email to say that it has been dispatched. We will not share your information with anyone. We are GDPR complaint.
